Last updated: May 31, 2026. These terms apply to use of QLGM VISION and its Google Drive package sharing features.
Service description
QLGM VISION is a desktop application for sports analysis, video review, tagging, presentations, notes, and sharing QLGM analysis packages. Google Drive support is provided so users can upload, share, select, import, or download QLGM analysis packages.
User content and responsibility
Users are responsible for the videos, analysis packages, tags, notes, audio notes, presentations, recipient email addresses, and other content they import, create, or share through QLGM VISION.
Authorized use of Google Drive
Users may use Google Drive features only for files they are allowed to upload, download, import, export, organize, or share. QLGM VISION uses Drive access only for files the user creates, opens, selects, or shares with the application.
Prohibited use
Users must not use QLGM VISION for unlawful activity, unauthorized sharing of third-party data, infringement of intellectual property rights, or distribution of content they do not have permission to use or share.
Availability
QLGM VISION is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Google Drive functionality also depends on Google services, user account status, network availability, and permissions granted by the user.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QLGM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the application, user content, or third-party services such as Google Drive.
Intellectual property
QLGM VISION, its software, interface, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain responsibility for and rights to their own analysis content, subject to any rights held by third parties in the underlying videos or media.
Termination or access removal
QLGM may suspend or stop access to the application or related services when required for security, legal, operational, or policy reasons. Users can stop using Google Drive features by disconnecting Drive in the application or revoking access from their Google Account.
